In November of 2017, I visited Cabo San Lucas and stayed at the Riu Palace Cabo and Sante Fe during the Cabo Ironman.  A friend was competing in the Aquathon (bike and swim) and while there I did site inspections at Breathless Cabo San Lucas, Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos, Sandos Finisterra Los Cabo and Secrets Puerto Los Cabos.   

I also took time to visit The Resort at Pedregal.  Located up on a hill in a private community this resort is very serene and spread out.  It’s a great option for both families and adults only.  There are separate pool areas, restaurants and all room categories are suites with an Ocean view and terrace. Infinity pools and all views of the Pacific are abundant.  The spa and gym area well appointed. This is truly a magnificent resort.  If you are going to Cabo and staying at a different resort I would highly recommend going here for dinner at either Don Manuel’s or El Farallon – exquisite food and spectacular views.
