YOUR AGREEMENT WITH CENTRAL TRAVEL
General Terms
By acceptance of an invoice, ticket(s), voucher(s) or other evidence of travel arrangements, the customer understands that Central Travel & Ticket, Inc. acts only as agent for the carrier, hotel, tour company, cruise line or other facility providing the transportation, accommodations or other travel services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers and no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund. Our agency shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations or personal dissatisfaction with the travel arrangements provided. Customer also acknowledges that travel arrangements are subject to cancellation penalties and that such penalties vary by supplier and that customer is responsible for reviewing such policies provided in documentation by agency.
**Central Travel Management Service Fee**
Our Travel Management Fee includes our consultation and advocacy throughout your booking process - from planning your travels until you return home. Central Travel Management Fees are Non-Refundable.
**Central Travel Cancellation Fee**
A non-refundable cancellation fee of up to 5% will apply to all reservations with a minimum of $100 per reservation. This charge is independent of any fees levied by the supplier. The cancellation penalty is effective at time of deposit. Insurance purchased from the tour operator or cruise line may not cover our cancellation fees.
Federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft. If you do not understand these restrictions, contact your airline or go to www.faa.gov/about/initiatives/hazmat_safety
If airfare has been purchased, the flight itinerary you have chosen is subject to insecticide spraying prior to a flight or while you are on the aircraft. Federal law requires that I refer you to DOT’s disinsection website: https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray
I understand that the airline tickets I am purchasing are subject to price increases that may be imposed prior to paying in full and ticketing. Post purchase price increases may be applied to cruises/tours due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Central Travel to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof until I have paid in full for the products.
**Travel Advisories**
As conditions can change rapidly in a country at any time, Central Travel recommends checking the Travel Advisories for your intended destination by reviewing the information at travel.state.gov. Additional information about your safety and security is available at travel.state.gov/travelsafely
Please be aware that travelers with Criminal Convictions may be denied entrance into several countries, including minor criminal offenses such as Driving While Impaired (DWI). These countries include, but are not limited to: Canada, Argentina, & Belgium. Please visit travel.state.gov for information regarding the specific countries you will be visiting.
**Traveler Names**
All names must match your Government issued ID exactly. Please check your travel itinerary carefully and notify your travel advisor of any corrections necessary within 24 hours of booking your trip. After that time, any change fees, penalties, or denied boarding will be the sole responsibility of the passenger/purchaser.
**Car Rentals**
Car rates do not include gas, tax or optional insurance. Person renting vehicle must be at least 25 years old. Renter must present a valid credit card in their name with available credit and driving record may be verified.
**Hotel Reservations**
Parking fees, resort fees, crib and roll-away fees and any other charges of a personal nature are NOT included in hotel price and are payable directly to the hotel. A credit card or cash deposit may be required at time of check-in for incidental charges. Minimum check-in age is enforced. Hotels may place a hold on your credit card.
**Credit Cards**
It is highly recommended to advise your bank that you will be traveling to prevent fraud alerts. It is also recommended to carry your credit card/bank phone numbers should you need assistance while traveling.
**Credit Card Merchant**
We also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased. However, if we are the credit card merchant, our role is to facilitate the sale, collect funds on your behalf, and remit those funds to the Suppliers. If the Suppliers do not provide the services, your only recourse would be against the Suppliers, and you agree not to initiate a chargeback against us.
